INDIA CIBRC Registration: Insecticides Act 1968

The Central Insecticides Board and Registration Committee requires every pesticide product to carry a valid CIR registration number on its label. Each supply chain participant is required to maintain traceability records. Selling under your registration without your consent or producing unregistered formulations are criminal offences under the Insecticides Act 1968.
